Perry A. Lerner
Founder of Continental Wealth Advisors

Perry Lerner created Crown World Services, LLC in 1998 to structure unique life insurance policies for extremely high net worth individuals, employing his expertise in tax planning and wealth management and preservation. He has practiced as a tax lawyer for over 30 years in New York, Los Angeles and London. He is a member of the New York State and California State Bar Associations. From 1973 to 1976 he worked as attorney advisor in the office of International Tax Counsel of the U.S. Treasury Department. From 1982 to 1997 he was a tax partner with O'Melveny & Myers, LLP. In 2002, Mr. Lerner was one of the founding members of Fresh Direct, LLC. He is a member of the board of visitors and governors of St. John's College (Annapolis and Santa Fe); board of trustees Claremont McKenna College and director of Boss Holdings, Inc. Mr. Lerner received his Bachelors Degree from Claremont McKenna College (1965) and his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School (1968).

Michael Ravin
Founder of Continental Wealth Advisors

Michael Ravin has over 40 years of extensive experience in international tax structuring, international royalty collection, structuring and licensing, asset finance and real estate investments, both commercial and residential. Mr. Ravin also has broad experience in financial transactions, including investment advisory for Private Trust Management of high net worth families and clients. Mr. Ravin also serves as an international investment advisor to two Trust Companies in The Bahamas and the Isle of Man, where his responsibilities include complex structured finance strategies and international tax compliance. Mr. Ravin and his associates have collectively over 100 years of experience in international tax law. Mr. Ravin has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant since 1965, specializing in international tax matters and has partnered with national legal and accounting firms on specific projects. He is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State of California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ravin received his Bachelors Degree from California State University, Northridge (1965).
